Repairing my 2ds

I need some help trying to fix my nintendo 2ds. When I turn it on the bottom screen keeps moving right for a good 5 to 10 seconds,even of I tap it, press any buttons it will stop for a second but just keep going after. I tried the electrical tape behind the touch screen fix and switching out the motherboard and the circle pad and neither fixed the issue. Is there a way to fix this with out replacing the screen? I have 2 2ds, the one I'm trying to fix and one I bought for its parts (smashed screen, everything else is fine).

It's most likely an issue with the screen.
