Question Repeated System Crashes (Reason Unknown)

For the past few days, I have had my system crashing but not to the blue screen with an error code. I have recently in the last few months re-installed windows fresh. The last few days the system will crash, the monitors will blank-out to a random color and sometimes have a weird glitching sound and stay that way until I hit the reset. I don't know if this is a hardware issue or a software one and how to go about solving it.

Side note: I have also since I can remember occasionally had a bluescreen crash but never kept track of the error code.
