Repeating short beep sound when i start the PC

I opened my case for some regular cleaning purpose. Now that i have again put it back when i try to start the system it gives a beeping sound multiple times and then tries to reboot again
Stuff that i tried:-
1-pulling out RAM sticks and putting them back in
2-checking if any cable was loose and if they were loose then putting them better
Any help will be appreciated and thanks in advance

Processor-I5 4690
RAM-2xkingston basic rams ddr3
Psu-iball250W(it came with that one)
Gpu-none

Also to add that i dont think it is a PSU failure because the hdd and all the fans do turn on and work

Knowing that, we can determine your BIOS and beep codes.
It's telling you what's wrong.
Describe the beep pattern

What is your Mobo Model no? If it is not a custom rig....

Turns out that cleaning and reinstalling RAM worked after a while
