How can i replace a Western Digital PCB board without paying 1000-5000$.

Sensitive and family stuff on the drive.

Solution
That is when you get a new drive, and recover that data from your backup.

But lacking that...the easiest/cheapest way is to maybe find an exact replacement drive.
Make/size/firmware version....
Swap the boards over. This may or may not work.

If it fails to work, it won't be any less broken than it is now.

The drive was running fine but now it cant be detect anymore and cant hear it running, i used the same connection with another drive and its fine, so it does come from my drive not the connection nor the motherboard or psu. I just want to know how i can replace it.

There is nothing... No noise..nothing!! Loll so the PCB doesnt give any power.

In between "running fine" and "now it cant be detect anymore"...what happened?

Is this an internal or external drive?

Internal and i used a custom corsair sata cable(different color) for my build but when i started the PC there was small smoke from hard drive then i turnoff the PSU. The PCB board had a little black burn spot on it..no damage to the hard drive.

Well....that is info that would have been helpful early on.
Smoked PCB, due to a 'custom cable'.

So this was in a brand new build? No data on the drive?
If so, just get another drive.

Again, more background info needed.

The hard drive is full. Family stuff, kids photo, family videos..it is not a brand new hard drive.
