Hi there.

I'm new to this forum and would like to ask a question regarding water cooled PC's.
I'm in IT support and mainly work on home/business but water cooling is new to me.

I've been asked to look at a PC which is water cooled and the user said it constantly crashes. As soon as I turned it on I straight away knew what the problem was. The water pump has failed. It makes an awful noise and on boot up CPU fan error appears.

I've never replaced one of these before so I was wondering if anyone could give me any pointers please?

I've determined that the pump is a Phobia DC12-400 but don't want to start detaching pipes due to water damage...

Any help you can provide would be most grateful.

Many thanks

Jeff
