Replace Asus Z10PE-D16 WS with Z10PE-D16/4L

I ordered all parts for a system build work with the Asus Z10PE-D16 ws Mobo, but the Amazon retailer I purchased the MoBo from just informed me that it would be 2-5 months for delivery of MoBO--despite the fact that it was listed as available on Amazon's website. So, I proceeded to look for other retailers, and basically, the Asus Z10PE-D16 ws is not available anywhere!

I did find the Asus Z10PE-D16/4L available on egghead.com. If I switch out MoBo's with the below specs, will everything work???

The support pages for the Z10PE-D16 ws and Z10PE-D16/4L are actually different... however from the specs the only main difference is the 4L has one less PCI slot. Please help! I have all of these parts already ordered and need to know if I can just swap MoBo's! Thank you.
