replace e5400 with e8500

hi everyone i have e5400+msi g41 p33combo .if replace cpu with e8500 will i need more rpm or new cooler to overclock it?

That depends on if you are currently using the stock cooler/heatsink....are you? If so.....buy this thing..... its decent.
