replace Office 365 with Office 2013 on new laptop

HI, I bought a Dell laptop with Windows 10 Professional as standard , with trial version of office 365. I had a valid license product key for Office Pro 2013, I uninstalled Office 365 and installed 2013 office successfully, but upon entering the product key, key is accepted but soon after throws System error: 0xc004f069. Can someone help please?

That's a generic message whenever Windows sniffs something odd about any kind of product key. You may have some Office 365 entries in the Registry so run a search of the Registry for 365 and delete them all.
