Replace power supply in OEM Dell Optiplex 790

Hello, everyone.

As the title says, I'm looking to upgrade the power supply of a Dell Optiplex machine. It's a dell optiplex 790 Desktop, with an OEM 255W power supply. I'm looking to get a graphics upgrade, since the 730 I have won't cut it, given the 1030 is the only powerful enough card that runs on a low power supply.

Looking for more alternatives. If you find any replacements for my current PSU, please link them!

Also, looking to add 2 more gigs of RAM to build. I'd like to know if it's possible.

the PCI x16 slot is limited to 35w power draw.

Exactly, needs to get a new computer, those are too limited on purpose, not worth the money or effort.

For Pete's sake I don't understand why people keep buying these dumpster material PC's.
