Replace power supply on old P4 HP m1070n help pls?

My old hp media ctr m1070n (http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?cc=us&lc=en&docname=c00213821) won't power on. I assume power supply. I have two older but new in box power supply units on hand: Corsair CX430 (http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Builder-Watt-EPS%C2%A0-CX430/dp/B0092ML1SC/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1387055692&sr=1-1&keywords=corsair+builder+series+cx+430) and Ultra V Series 500 Watt (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=1273332). My computer knowledge is only as good as I can look up on the net. I've replaced a couple of power supply before but it was "go to the computer store & ask which one do I need" thing... Can I use one of these? If so, which one would be the best to put in? Thanks in advance, Rue

I think that both of them can do the job as long as the jacks corespond to your needs
