Replace Power Supply?

Around October of this year I plan on upgrading my system (I'm waiting for Zen to see which way to jump). I plan or replacing everything on the inside, CPU/MoBO/Memory, GPU, HDD etc, the only question I have is my power supply.

The power supply in question is a SeaSonic M12II 620 Bronze, and it's a little over three years old. I know SeaSonic makes great PSUs, but is three years too old or can I get away with using it for another two to three years?

It's perfectly fine to use. It should last many more years to come.
