replace win32k.sys BSOD

Starting Vista stops with BSOD due to a win32k.sys error.
I tried to replace the bad file, but it appears in so many locations, that I don't know which one is the wrong one.
Can anyone help?

Have you recently made any hardware or driver changes?

This link is for Seven and Server 2008R,not for Vista.
It doesn't either explain how to apply such soluctions (patches) when one has the BSOD

Sorry just realized you're running Vista and getting the BSOD before startup. In this case I would suggest a startup repair if you still have your installation cd.

I tried this, but the result is something like "found problems, unable to repair"
