Replaced CPU, MOBO, and RAM

PC will not boot.
Replaced the three components mentioned in title
-Motherboard is ASUS hero IX
-With 4x 8gb Corsair Vengeance DDR4 RAM
-i7 7700k cpu
-Corsair 650w PSU
-gtx EVGA 1070

Put it all together, the asus hero ix motherboard will light up
When I press the power button the LED will flash once, no fans will turn on
Nothing
I have checked several times on my CPU and Psu pin plugs that go into MOBO
fairly confident everything is plugged in correctly

Is there a short?

CPU Fan plugged in?

All connectors seated properly?

Can try just using 1 stick of ram

Update:
I tried doing a single stick of RAM
for whatever reason the PC wouldnt boot off of my towers power button
It would start when i pressed the start button on the Asus hero ix mobo
All fans started up immediately and got into BIOS
Seated the rest of the RAM sticks and can now turn on my pc from the towers power button again??
Could this be a sign that my power cables to the tower power switch going faulty?
It works fine as of now, the LED is on, the entire system is on
