Hey guys,
I am running into a problem with my HP Probook 4530s. I recently had a hard drive failure which required me to purchase a new hard drive and reinstall my copy of Windows 7 Professional edition. This has gone well and I am running into a problem concerning my graphics cards. My laptop has dual graphics, an Intel HD 3000, and a Radeon HD 7470m. I have updated all my drivers and I receive the problem with the radeon being unrecognized, and I am told I have the most current drivers. The problem just starts here. I have gone online and downloaded the appropriate drivers, but the card is now only recognized as a Radeon 7400m or 6400m. I need some help finding the appropriate drivers for my graphics card. Also, before I had the hard drive failure, the version of Catalyst Control Center I had let me swap between the graphics cards for various applications. For example, if I wanted to play counter strike, I could run my radeon card for increased frames.
I have no clue where to go from here. Any and all help would be appreciated.
Thanks for your time!
