Replaced part on my 4tb hard drive not reading

As you can see i just screwed on the piece to the left and it's not reading, the hard drive was working fine a few days ago , I just jammed it in to hard when I was plugging in and broke the plastic parts so I ordered the replacement part, I'm thinking its not pushed down hard enough to read the metal things on the bottom that line up so it works, any help would be appreciated I can take more pictures and provide more information just let me know what you suggest, please help really need my data from this sigh 🙁(

This is a pet peeve of mine. RAID1 is NOT a backup. Wasn't designed as one, doesn't work as one. Locker virus comes in? RAID1 doesn't help you. You accidentally delete or want to go back to a previous version of an important paper you were working on? RAID1 doesn't help. Fire or flood takes out your PC? RAID1 doesn't help. Lightening strikes and fries all your drives? Again, RAID1 doesn't help. If you are counting on your RAID1 setup to backup your stuff safely at some point you are going to be greatly disappointed. Backups are ALWAYS offline and preferably offsite as well. Again, don't use RAID1 as a backup...

I would put the old PCB back and make a careful connection with a SATA cable by whatever means necessary (all the plastic does is hold the SATA cable leads to the connections) to see if you can get a read on the drive to get your data off. Strip a SATA cable and solder it directly if it has to be done that way. Your next best bet is to take it to a professional recovery service, as the new PCB you have isn't going to work.

This illustrates why having two to three copies (big, slow backup drives in RAID 1 is a good way to do this) are so important. Having a fourth copy is even better, with it being off-site (a trusted relative or safety deposit box) or in a waterproof fire safe.

I'm not trying to get the data off it like that ,, as you read it can be repaired I just need the right model it's super cheap I'm not trying to soder and destroy it lol trying to fix it and if I can find the right board model I know it works as I said... I just need to find somewhere that sells the exact model as boosted1g said , I ordered the wrong one

All those photos and only one barely shows the problem? The rest of the post was right. Put the broken PCB back on there, and carefully straighten the pins. Slowly work the power cable back on there. I've had this happen before. Once you backup the data then you can pull the drive and get a new one. Be more careful with it and hopefully it won't break again.
