Still getting no operating system found can i down load window 7via USB from my cell phone? I'm new and don't know what to do next to get this laptop to work HELP

Hey William.

What was the reason for you to replace your old hard drive? I'm asking because if it was simply a storage space upgrade and if your old drive is OK, then you could just try cloning it instead of installing Windows from scratch. On the other hand if you can't do that for some reason, you'd probably need to buy a retail copy of Windows and install it on your new HDD. Another option would be to use another computer to create a bootable Windows 7 USB flash drive - here's how to do that: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/2432-usb-windows-7-installation-key-drive-create.html
and install the OS this way.
