Question Replacement battery 0.6V higher than original

Hi,
I have HP 245 laptop. It's battery needs replacement. The battery model is HT03XL.

The battery installed in laptop is rated for 11.34V. However all models now seen on Amazon are rated for 11.4V.
Does 0.6V + matter?
I have not yet contacted HP because laptop is old and no longer supported.

And that is 0.06V difference.

Those are nominal voltages, which is the voltage when halfway charged. Fully charged it should be 12.6v regardless of manufacturer.

How do we know it's 12.6v for three li-ion pouch cells in series and not 12.8v for four LiFePO4 cells? Because when HT03XL fails it can puff up like this

Note this genuine battery says 11.55v
