Hi, i recently just bought a new cooler for my laptop, the one that came with the laptop was 0.4 a.
When i replaced it i noticed that the new one is 0.5.amp, does this make the performance lower, should i be worried?

It's the laptop fan, not an external cooler pad, sorry, i was not clear enough.
The term "cooler" confused me. Small fans, like are internal to a laptop, are not the most tightly controlled manufacturing. That 0.5A is probably a made up number. Some fans might 0.3 some might be 0.4 because of the resistance of the bushings, etc. It is difficult to say definitely "you will not have any problems" but I think it is unlikely.
