Replacement Fan for a Phenom X2 1090T?

My stock fan is so loud I can't stand it anymore. Can anyone recommend a replacement? Also, is it any more complicated than swapping out a case fan?

If the fan has died or is dying I recommend a hole Cooler swap. The reason being you can get better cooling for little extra cost. The only site i have found with info for the size of the stock cooler is an 80mm fan whether this is correct or not remains to be seen.

If your case can handle it look into the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo for a cooler. easy replacement woks great and doesn't kill a budget.

EDIT: just measured the fan on my stock cooler for the 965 BE and its a 70mm fan. I can see them changing the cooler to much between the two.
