Hi, I just ordered a GTX 1070 ti ZOTAC mini for 250 bucks off of ebay. It has 2 fan blades broken off of one of the fans. I was wondering if I can let it run how it is or do I have to buy a new fan? If so where would I get a new fan?

Solution
If you want an exact match you can contact Zotac and see if they will give you a part number or send you the part.

That GPU is a little new to be needing a replacement, but you can also try your luck on places like ebay. Just enter the name of the card and replacement fan, usually someone selling something.

Myself, I would just replace the entire shroud with a pair of nice static pressure fans. Or water cool it with a universal block or all-in-one adapter like the NZXT Kraken.

On those aliexpress links (which I apparently can't open from here) do note that they have a more static pressure style fan on the front of the GPU, and the rear has a more airflow style. So the fans aren't identical (They may be different sizes too, I would measure them)

You can get whole new GPU coolers:
https://www.arctic.ac/us_en/products/cooling/vga.html (Newegg carries them, and there are other options, but Arctic are nice, check compatibility)

A compatible all-in-one cooler plus the https://www.nzxt.com/products/kraken-g12-white
That lets you mount a CPU cooler to the CPU and it has a fan for the back end of the card.

Like I said, that heatsink isn't exactly fancy. So you can just strap some fans to it. Ignoring appearance I would probably just take something like a pair of these: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/VNBTwP/noctua-nf-p12-redux-1700-pwm-708-cfm-120mm-fan-nf-p12-redux-1700-pwm

A little doublesided tape or just some zipties would probably be enough to mount these. As you can see they have ducted shrouds and just need to be pointed at the card. The only reason they build GPUs the way they do is keep them a little thinner. If that isn't a concern, then any of the above solutions will work.

And last but not least, if you want to get into serious water cooling. A universal block from EK: https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-vga-supremacy Of course you would then need a pump/reservoir and a radiator. Sadly they don't make any full cover blocks for that card. All you would need to add would be some heatsinks on the VRMs and memory and get afan to blow in the general direction to cool the rest of the card.
