Replacement for 8320 cooler to fit my case/setup

are you going to do a lot of rendering / editing stuffs on this system? or gaming only?what is your monitor's resolution?
- no HDD?
- 8GB is enough for normal usage
- bad GPU choice, might as well go for AMD's APU and save the money
- for CPU cooler you can go with CM hyper 212 Evo

Timelass thanks for the response, I thought that my description was included in the link. --> Description: This is my first build in progress. It will be used for video editing, music production, and digital art . I have a 2 tb 7200 rpm hd loaded with photoshop cc, after effects cc (a bunch of red giant plugins), illustrator cc, and getting cubase 7. I did all the cover art of my band's first album "Vague Lyrical Apparition" on a core 2 duo macbook so I'm looking for a decent quality budget build with an upgraded performance. Trying to stay in the low $400 range.
Decided to go with the 8320 instead of 8350 and want to upgrade to a better cooler. I just need a workhorse that will save me on production time. I might get a ssd in the future and max the ram as well. Not planning on running dual gpu. Not sure if I've picked out the proper psu. I was looking at the cm hyper 212 evo but I'm not familiar with space constraints. Any suggestions and comments on my first build are welcome.
