Can I replace with WD10EZRX - I note it is a Sata 3 (previous drive Sata 2). Voltage is also lower so is it a direct replacement?

Solution

Yes you can. Pretty much any modern drive should be fine. SATA 2 and 3 are fully interchangeable with no performance difference.
