PC will only stay powered on for ~8 seconds. If I leave it alone, it will try to power up again after ~30 seconds. Repeat.
I did general troubleshooting. Disconnected everything except Video Card. Cleaned all the fans. Including the fan at the bottom of the Power Supply which I didn't even know existed until now. It was, as you might expect, 100% CLOGGED.
I don't really feel comfortable performing more advanced troubleshooting. My roommate volunteered the $ for a new Power Supply. Yes we understand we are rolling the dice on whether or not that's the actual issue, but he's OK with that.
Since I am totally inexperienced in replacing Power Supply, I just want as close to or compatible to what I had. Old Model was XG-P800. Doesn't seem to exist anymore.
So what should we buy?
