Replacement MB for a Gigabyte K8NS Ultra-939

I need some recommendations on a board to replace my GigaByte K8NS Ultra-939.

I had to RMA it via NewEgg who no longer sells that board.

My cpu is an AMD 64 3500+ and my video card is a ATI 9800pro.

I'll be getting a credit of $105 through NewEgg and would like to just put that back into the board.
