a good replacement mobo?

I have
MSI Z97 Gaming 5 Intel LGA1150 Z97
Intel Core i5 i5-4690K CPU
RAM: Corsair CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 Vengeance 16gb GB (4 x 4 GB)
PSU: Corsair CP-9020073-UK Professional Platinum Series HX850i

restart issue with a click from PSU, had same issue 2 years ago and and a replacement mobo solved it. Same issue from replacement now. not sure if MSI z97 had a known issue with this.
done all the troubleshooting, gpu, ram, cpu removed one by one. still get a restart with psu making a click sound then restarts. psu fan test showed fan turnning.

I want keep everything but which LGA1150 to buy for replacement?

Please help PC gurus,

Solution
Corsair CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 is not a (4 x 4 GB) kit.

Use of multiple kits of memory have no guarantee to be compatible together. You are free to do your own compatibility testing with no guarantees.

I was using 2x 4gb 4 years ago, upgraded and added another 2x 4gb of same ram so 4x 4gb in total.
everything was running ok for 2 years , last 1 month restarts. taking ram back to 2x 4gb did not resolve, tried neighbors RAM still got restarts.

happy to change ram for new MOBO, but which mobo?

challenge is finding a new LGA 1150 borad in the UK. not even available.

Finding a brand-new old platform motherboard going back several generations is almost impossible (and likely not feasible). Used ones go for about $100 to $150. I have found in the past folks sell whole working systems with a desired component on local ad services such as craigslist where it made sense to buy, splice and dices, and then part out the remaining components.

So now need to consider a new full system refresh keeping psu and SSD

The best long-term solution.
