Replacement of heatsink on E60 PII cpu

Hello,

I want to replace my cpus in a Netserver E60. I thought I just swap
the cpus and reuse the existing heatsinks, however, I am unable to
remove the heatsink on the second cpu.

The heatsink I want to remove is a large passive one with two black -
how shall I call them?. Well, there are some kind handles, a latch
with barbs. On the second cpu I was able to pull these out and even
reuse the heatsink but on the second cpu, I seem to have to use much
more power than I anticipate will be good for the cpu which I'd like
to resell...

Any thoughts?
