I need something with a main 24-pin connector.

20+4 makes 24pin! Most all PSU's come equipped that way!

I've got a 24-pin main + another 4-pin P4-12V connector that plugs into another part of the motherboard.

The PSU I linked to has 20+4 (use both) for your main connector and has 4+4 (use one) for the 4pin CPU power connector!

Aleready ordered the wrong PSU. But, at least I can send it back when it comes. I was in a hurry when I ordered it. LOL

One that had only one SATA connector.
