Asking if it's a Okay to take the 1600RPM fan from the CRYORIG H7 place it in the front or side of case, and replace it and rear fan with the Cryorig QF120 performance 2200 RPM? Case is VIVO CASE 03B. The stock fans are 1000 RPM. I don't care about LED. Just Quiet and Efficient.
I want to then put the Cryorig QF120 Balance 120mm in front and side then Cryorig QF120 performance 120mm PWM Fan 600-2200 RPM over the heatsink and rear. I have a PC desk with Tower cabinet.
PC specs:
VIVO CASE-V03B
ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0
CRYORIG H7
AMD FX-4350
KINGSTON HyperX FURY 16GB Kit (2x8GB) 1866MHz DDR3 CL10 DIMM X 2

Solution
Yes that is fine. The Heatsink fan is simply a regular 120mm PWM fan. You just want a high static pressure fan for a heatsink. The QF120 is high static pressure.

You could even replace the heatsink fans with something from Noctua or Corsair. They just need to fit, have a high static pressure and should be PWM if you want it quite when the CPU is idle.

The fan from the Cryorig H7 is a standard 120mm design, so it will fit and work at any of the fan locations on CASE-V03B. If you're going for quiet, just keep in mind that any 120mm fan spinning at high speed will be very audible no matter what noise level the manufacturer claims (which is why we use 1,000RPM fans on our cases). The only fan I've heard so far that was still very quiet up to about 1,500RPM was the Scythe/Nidec Servo Gentle Typhoon, and some of the high-end fans from Noctua and NoiseBlocker come close. I miss those GT fans...

These were both good Answers. And while you are here. I measured and still not too confident, would the
Cryorig H5 Universal CR-H5A Mid Tower CPU Heatsink with XT140 Fan Fit in this less that 8" wide case? Measuring from panel to panel it's between 7.5 (me) to 7.99 "site". I've seen reviews from those with full 8+" cases saying anything less would probably not fit. I'm keeping the front led stock case fan in but will (if fit) placing either another XT140 or the XF140 on the side with a 140" mesh filter. Controlled speeds of course with a faster rear fan. Like I said I will have this desk http://www.sauder.com/Products/401354_Computer_Desk_With_Hutch.aspx.

Yes, the heatsink with fans will fit the case, but just barely. Many of our customers have used this case with the Hyper 212 EVO and other 160mm height coolers without any problems. The bulge in the side panel allows it to fit.

The side fan mount is in a location where the CPU heatsink and other components will not interfere, so fitting a 140mm fan with a filter will be easy enough (especially if aluminum mesh is used).

Alright. Thank you - MUCH!
