Is it possible to replace the 2 fans of DEEPCOOL GAMMAXX 400 PRO with RF120 RGB FANS?

I'm certain that you can.

Same manufacturer, same fan construction, same dimensions. I don't see any reason you'll run into fitment issues.

Besides, the retaining clips included with the cooler is universal. It will fit practically any 120mm fan that has standard mounting holes.
