Sorry in advance but i am a beginner with hardware. Is it possible to switch my current AMD A9 9410 with a A10 7890k on my laptop?

No, it isn't because it's desktop CPU. These CPUs have very high TDP, so your laptop cooler won't be able to cool them, are too big and the most importantly, are different socket. Even if you find another CPU that is compatible with your laptop, it's very hard to replace it and you can easily destroy your laptop, so upgrading a laptop CPU isn't good idea.

Okay, so if I find a processor with a BGA socket I will be able to replace it? How do I know if the processor is soldered? Something I heard in other threads...

Soldered processors look like they are only glued to motherboard, with socketed processor you can see mechanism that is holding cpu on motherboard. Just remove keyboard and look what's under it. But BGA sockets are usually soldered.
