So i managed to break and bend the pcie slot pins on my motherboard and im having trouble finding a decent lga 1155 socket mobo anywhere online. This really sucks because I don't want to have to buy a newer processor as well I just want to get back to using my computer. Is it safe to buy one off of eBay? Where else should I be looking?

what was the motherboard you had before? Its best to replace it with the same one, you can just swap your parts over and your off running. Any motherboard change will like need a fresh install and them Microsoft might not let you activate windows on new MB.

in both slots? how many gpu cards are you running? If your only running 1 card just move it to one of the other Pcie x16 slot and carry on.

I would email Gigabyte and see what they say about RMAing the board, see if they will fix it or replace the socket or send you a new board. Im not sure on how long the warranty is, you might have to pay to get it fixed or replaced. ether way it might be cheaper then having to replace MB, CPU, and OS.

When I try putting my graphics card in the second slot the fans spin and everything and I get up to the bios flash screen and windows load screen and then a no input signal. Its done this with my old graphics card and my new one.
