Replacing Asrock 2Core1066-2.13g

I don't know much about hardware, but i'm looking for a replacement board for my busted asrock. Any sugestions?

Your motherboard socket is LGA 775.
Can you mention the rest of you pc specs like ram(ddr2 or ddr3),proc,...etc to simplify the process..

As i mentioned i don't know much about the hardware, i know that ram is ddr2 and the graphics card is an asus EAH5450 Silent. The processor i have absolutely no clue, sorry for not making it easier :/
