I plan on replacing all 3 of my case fans with some nice Noctua fans. Is it a bad idea to just replace 1 fan at a time. The Noctua fans are a bit pricey and I may only buy like 1 this month and the other 2 in the following months, and just wanted to know if it would be better to save up and replace them all at the same time. If not, which fan, front/back/top, should I replace first. The back fan is the closest to the GPU, and that's what I am worried about the most so I figured that would be the most importan. Also, which Noctua fan would you recommend? Or maybe not even Noctua, I've just heard they're the best. Thanks

case fans aren't a detriment to pc's so replacing one at a time will not hurt anything, but honestly noctuas are only for the people who can afford them without thinking twice. you should take a look at the corsair air series fan, much cheaper, and almost same quality.
