[SOLVED] Replacing cooling pad with new one; new laptop is smaller than current pad; looking for help picking a size

Hello!

I have an Eluktronics Max-15 that I purchased in July of 2020 (received September of 2020) with dimensions of 13.97 x 9.29 x 0.78". I need to replace my almost 7 year old HAVIT cooling pad with a new one, but I'm looking for something that is smaller than this (this is what I have now). I'm having a very hard time finding anything because I don't know if it would really be smaller than what I have, nor do I know if it would be as powerful. I've had much success with HAVIT, but I think it's time to move on.

Are the intake vents on the bottom or side of your laptop?
