Replacing CPU cooler

Ok so i recently got my hyper 212 evo cpu cooler in the mail and i was wondering if i should let me cpu cool down first before i replace it?

you can turn of your pc wait 5-10 mins and change it.... it's not even that hot ... if it's normal then your cpu temp is around 45C with stock cooler.... It depends is it intel or AMD ( AMD Is little hoter ) then intel but max temp 45c
