So I just built my pc almost 2 weeks ago, and overall I am super happy. I purchased Corsair Hydro Series, H100i RGB PLATINUM SE, 240mm Radiator for my CPU cooler and its nice, but after building it I really wish I went with the 3 fan radiator- I want to replace it with Thermaltake Floe Triple Riing RGB 360 TT Premium Edition PWM TR4 AM4 LGA2066 Ready AIO Liquid Cooling System 360mm.
Is this a difficult task? I'm thinking it may be as simple as unscrew and remove the old one, remove old thermal paste then reinstall and plug in the proper wires. But is it really that simple, I had a couple of minor hiccups during this build and I want to leave it alone now that it is done, but I feel like the other fan would be a better choice as a long term investment and more visually appealing.
Here is a list of my components:
ASUS ROG Strix Z390-E Gaming LGA 1151 (300 Series) Intel Z390 SATA 6Gb/s ATX Intel Motherboard
Intel Core i7-9700K Coffee Lake 8-Core 3.6 GHz (4.9 GHz Turbo) LGA 1151
ASUS ROG STRIX GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER
G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4
EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G5
Corsair Hydro Series, H100i RGB PLATINUM SE, 240mm Radiator
Thermaltake View 71 RGB 4-Sided Tempered Glass Vertical GPU Modular E-ATX Gaming Full Tower Case
