I recently replaced the old standard, underpowered dell psu in one of these machines with a CX500--the system works like a charm with one exception: the screws on the back of the case don't line up with the screw holes in the psu. Consequently, the PSU jiggles around a bit. Is this a problem? How can I secure it more readily? Until I do so, I'm reluctant to leave the PSU turned on when I leave the house for fear of potential grounding issues that I've read about on other threads. Thanks!

When I did something similar with a Dell, three screws lined up and the PSU was mounted firmly.

In your case drill out a hole at the back (if necessary) or use a sheet metal strap with one end fastened to the PSU and the other end to the case.
