Question Replacing fan on RTX 3070

I have a dell computer and the warranty has worn out. One of the fans on my graphics card has stopped working. When I look at it running it spins for a second or so then stops and starts back after a second or so. How would I go about finding what fan to order to replace this one?

Check on eBay to see if there are any for that model. Some try alibaba or aliexpress as well.

If worse comes to worse there’s this method. The video is 4 years old but you get the idea.
