So I'm not sure if I need to ask it here or in motherboards, or maybe even systems, but I'm trying to make a new PC case out of my old brother's case, and I have this front(more like top) panel:

I removed the broken USB ports, which looks like this:

Might now look like it but there are 2 USB ports(2.0), I don't know how he managed to do it, but anyway, I want to find a replacement for it, and I assume that finding exactly the same would be pretty much impossible, and if I already replace it, better just get USB 3.0 ports probably, but does anyone knows anything similar to that I can use? I looked up on aliexpress/ebay etc and couldn't really find anything even close to similar, any ideas?

One more thing, in the motherboard manual(B75MA-E33) there's this explanation:

It doesn't matter how many USB ports are connected through this port I assume, right? lets say I have this USB panel: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/USB-3-0-Dual-Port-Front-Panel-to-Motherboard-20Pin-Connector-Cable-for-PC-3-5/32877224881.html?
It should work right? Thanks for the help :)

Edit - I actually found this: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Stackable-Dual-USB-2-0-A-Female-To-Motherboard-9-Pin-Header-Cable-AU03-Dropship/32824161746.html?
Looks ok, its not USB 3.0 unfortunately, but that should work I guess right?

Edit2 - Found this now: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/usb-3-0-20-pin-female-to-2-usb-a-female-Motherboard-Mount-cable-Adapter-Connector/32629097801.html?
Unless I'm missing something, it looks perfect isn't it?

Solution
The last one you found seems to suit your needs the best and is also USB 3.0, as you want it to be. Only thing left to do (besides buying it), is to figure out how to mount it in your case's front I/O.
