i got home today to find my computer off once getting a byte to eat. attempted to start it up, found myself in the usual start up turn off loop that i was usually able to figure out, after 6 hours I'm done checking and rechecking, removing components and reinstalling, attempting to reset cmos.and anything and everything. even bought crucials ballistix ddr 3 1600 2x 4gb sticks to see if it was the memory. nothing I've done has gotten me to the gigabyte splash boot screen.

So im looking for a quick fix motherboard between $200 usd or less, no sli crossfire shenanigans. here is list of what i currently have. Thinkg im done with gigabyte and thier crappy bios interface.

i7 2600k intel cpu
h100 corsair water cooling
corsair gs800 watt power supply
ddr300 2x 4gb 1600 ram (-.-)
Msi gtx 970 gpu

i was seeing those new msi mother boards on tomshardware 2015 buyers guide and having a tough time looking at specs from my iphone so please help!

i was thinking of one if these two...

AS Rock LGA1155 DDR3 SATA3 USB3.0 Quad CrossFireX and Quad SLI A GbE ATX Motherboard Z77 EXTREME4

MSI ATX DDR3 2600 LGA 1150 Motherboards Z97 GAMING 5

what do u guys think?
