Replacing Internal ATX PSU

Since I'm replacing the GPU of my PC, I plan on replacing the "Internal ATX" with an "EVGA 500 B 500w 80+ Bronze Certified". All though I'm concerned I'll run into issues with the size or compatibility during the upgrade process.

The HP use the standard atx PSU, you are fine. More info for the dimensions, I put them here.
