Replacing Laptop Screen

Hey everyone, I've been looking into buying an Asus UX303LN ultrabook, but the model I want comes with a QHD 3200x1800 resolution screen. I've heard things about how the yellows look off, and how the resolution isn't optimized for a lot of things yet. Also I've heard it may drain battery life faster. It may seem silly, but is it possible to downgrade the resolution by replacing the sreen with a 1920x1080 resolution screen? Thanks in advance!
