I am very tempted to buy a t420s heatsink because of the famous overheating/loud fan problem. But I have this in mind, what if the heatsink I am buying will make no difference and just show the same result as before. So what do you guys think? And do any of you have any experience of where replacing the t420s´s (Not Specifically the t420s) heatsink actually made a difference. The reason why I am very tempted to buy a new heatsink is because my cpu tempature goes up to as high as 89 degrees when browsing the web.
(Link To the heatsink I am thinking of buying)

I´ve already replaced the thermal paste and it changed the tempature dramstically from almost above 100 degrees when surfing the web to about 71 degrees on idle.

It is not like this overheating problem is effected to all t420s´s. So it is like a shot in the dark, because the new heatsink may be one of the non-effected or one of the effected.
