Replacing MBP screen with a touchscreen?

Hello,

Is it possible to replace the stock Macbook Pro screen, with a touchscreen? I mean, could i buy a decent touchscreen (without the frame), and mod it in, to replace the old screen?

Not very likely... You could if you are very experienced in software/hardware integration, programming, and hackintosh, but I would not recommend pursuing this.
