Hey guys!

I want to buy a new motherboard because I recently bought a new cpu cooler and when's it's installed there's no space for the ram.
So I want to buy a new motherboard with more ram slots.

I'm currently using this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128504

I'm planning to buy this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128651&Tpk=Gigabyte%20GA-970A-UD3P

About my components, they should all work because I bought my pc on October, here they are anyway:

GPU: Asus 7790 1gb DCII
CPU: FX-4300
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 4gb 1600MHZ
PSU: Corsair VS550W

Now the question is, will all of it work properly?
This is the first time that I will replace a motherboard and I don't know if it will work.
Will I need to install windows again?

I'd really appreciate if someone would help me with this.
Thanks!
