What will I need to do once I replace the mb and put everything in and boot my PC, I know I need to do a clean install of windows, but will it ask me to do that after I put it in or will I need to partition the HDD/SDD after. I have windows installed my SDD and my extra stuff on my HDD.
MB: F2A88XM-D3HP (P0)
CPU: A10-7860k

Upgrading to:
MB:GIGABYTE GA-B250M-DS3H
CPU: Pentium 4600

Solution
You don't need to partition any SSDs or HDDs unless you want to, there's no benefit to it besides organization and maybe putting data caps if you have multiple users.
You'll have to reinstall all your games and programs, as well as all the new drivers for your new mobo.
