Question Replacing motherboard with same model. Will Windows 10 balk?

My motherboard died and I'm replacing it with the exact same model. I will also be using the CPU chip that was in my old board as well as the video card and a network card. Basically nothing is changing other than replacing the old board with one that works.

Do you think Windows 10 will force me to re-activate?

When upgrading components, this is the best possible situation for Windows activation. However, there's always a chance than activation will fail (if it's even necessary). Even if it does fail, it's just a call to Microsoft to get this resolved.
