So recently my psu making so much noise like ringing and the fan kinda rattling when playing games I'm thinking to replace it with new one, my system is:

CPU: i5 4570
Motherboard: H81M-DS2
Ram: 16Gb 8x2
SSD/HDD: Samsung 870 Evo 250GB/WD Blue 1TB
GPU: GTX 1060 6GB
PSU: 1ST Player 500 Full Modular

I want to replace my 1st player cpu with Seasonic S12III 500w, is it good?

Hey there,

The Seaonic is an older PSU, but was pretty sturdy when it was out and was generally well reviewed.

Something like this would be very good.

PCPartPicker Part List

Power Supply: Corsair RM650 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply ($84.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $84.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

7-10 year warranty, and made with quality parts. Will last you to a new build, and a bit of headroom for more power hungry components.

Unfortunately my budget was 50$ that's why i pick Seasonic S12III or EVGA 500BR

Ah, sure. Yes, I guess budget is key.

The Seasonic was sound, but wouldn't really be suitable for a modern build, given your PC doesn't draw that much power, you could maybe look at this:

PCPartPicker Part List

Power Supply: Corsair CX550M (2021) 550 W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply ($69.99 @ B&H)
Total: $69.99

It's more suitable for a modern build, and although not the best, is a good compromise of price/quality.
The PSU is the heart of your system, so getting a good one is as important if not more important than any other component.

With that said, the Seasonic should do, but if you have any issue, you know why.

If you can push your budget would this be a very good choice.

oh wow that platinum one seems good
yes my budget is mwe v2 is it better than cx550m? the cx550m is 2022 version they say also cx550m is apfc?

See now that the 2022 versions of the Corsair CX-M have had some changes, with those would it actually be a nice psu. The picture in your link however shows the older version, so are you sure it is the 2022 version you would be buying?

Think if the new 2022 version of the CX-M would i buy that, but both would be fine so the Cooler Master as well looking at your budget.

Both have apfc.
