With a GTX 1050 Ti, a decent 450-550W ATX power supply will work. But it wouldn't be a bad idea to give yourself some extra room with a higher wattage unit. It depends on any future intentions you may have with upgrading the GPU or carrying this new power supply over to a new build sometime in the near, or even far future. Good power supplies today have 10 and even 12 year warranties and last much longer than power supplies in the past.

If you have a stiff budget, then your budget will dictate your choice. But if your budget is flexible then you can choose what you want to do. What is your budget?
