Replacing soldered CPU, and is it compatible?

I have a Acer es1-523-20HU, with the E1-7010. It is soldered onto the motherboard.
I'd like to replace the E1-7010 with an A8-7410. They both use the same socket.
The A8-7410 uses 15 watts compared to the E1-7010's 10 watt.
My laptop's brother has the A8-7410. So I'd also like to know if the motherboard is the same, in that case it should be compatible.
I also found out that there are really expensive machines that can desolder CPUs, and some PC repair shops might have them.
So my question is if I can replace my CPU, with what CPU (propably going for the A8-7410 as my laptop's brother has it)? And then if it is possible to desolder it, just if there is any way? (I found an A8-7410 seller)

Solution
Even if it could be done, you can't replace it yourself. You should find out how much it will cost to have the CPU replaced and then you'll probably change your mind. It may be less expensive to sell the laptop and buy one with the A8-7410.

Have you actually taken a physical look at the board?
You'd find that it is far beyond your skills to change that.

And even if you could do it physically, the motherboard almost certainly does not know what to do with a different CPU.
